Computational Genomics

In Computational Genomics DNA and RNA sequencing data get computationally and statistically analysed to study structure, function and evolution of genomes. New pipelines have to developed for the evaluation of new sequencing methods that focus on certain substructures of the genome. This often includes mapping of reads and finding motives.
